Disclaimer

Our products are designed to support kids and the adults who care for them, but they are not medical devices, diagnostic tools, or substitutes for professional care. They do not diagnose conditions or replace a licensed therapist, doctor, or educator.

If you have questions or concerns about your child's health, development, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional. We've built our products with care, but real life help always comes first.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information at SageBrain, including on our main website and in our products, SAGE and Melt. We're committed to clarity, respect, and building trust through transparent data practices.

1. Who We Are

SageBrain, LLC creates thoughtful technology to support neurodivergent kids and the adults who care for them. Our products include the SAGE application (coming soon), our main website (sagebrain.org), and Melt, a simple, web-based tool.

2. What We Collect

Contact Form (via EmailIt)

• Name
• Email
• Your message

Website Analytics (sagebrain.org)

• Page views
• General geographic location (country/region level only)
• Device/browser information (anonymized)

Analytics are handled by Rybbit, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics platform. Rybbit does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. We do not link this information to your identity.

Melt (Product Website)

We collect no personal data on Melt. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or fingerprinting. Any basic usage metrics are anonymized and cannot be traced back to a person or device.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data we collect only to respond to your messages and to understand how our site is used anonymously. We do not and will never sell, trade, or share your personal data. Seriously. Never.

4. Use of Cookies

Melt
No cookies. No tracking. No identifiers.

SageBrain.org
We use Rybbit for analytics, which is a cookieless platform. No cookies are set on sagebrain.org for tracking or analytics purposes.

5. How We Store & Protect Data

Your information is stored securely via our trusted third-party service providers:

• EmailIt (Contact form delivery)
• Rybbit (Anonymous analytics)
• Firebase / Google Cloud (Infrastructure)

These services may process data on U.S.-based servers, though we cannot always guarantee the physical location of all data. Access is limited to essential SageBrain team members only.

We retain your data only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose you submitted it for.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

SageBrain uses Rybbit for privacy-friendly website analytics. Links to Rybbit on this page include an affiliate code, which means we may earn a small commission if you sign up for Rybbit through the link. This doesn't affect your experience or pricing. We use it because we think it's a genuinely great, cookieless analytics tool and want to be transparent about the relationship.

7. Your Rights

You can always:

• Ask what data we have about you
• Request deletion of your data

Just email us at hello@sagebrain.org. We'll respond quickly and honor your request — no forms, no hoops.

8. Children's Data

SAGE is designed to be managed by adults, including parents, educators, or therapists. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. When adults provide data on behalf of a minor (e.g., first name), it is minimal and non-identifiable.

If you believe we've collected data from a child directly, contact us and we'll promptly delete it.

9. International Visitors

This website is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from another country, you do so with your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will always notify users of major updates when appropriate.
